Born in Turin, he graduated in Economics at the University of Turin with the final grade of 110/110. In 1984, before completing his studies, he began working at Azimut Benetti S.p.A. alongside its founder, contributing significantly to the Company’s growth. He became an executive in 1987 at the age of 27. He joined the board of directors of Azimut Benetti S.p.A with delegated powers in the early 1990s and was appointed chief executive officer of the main ‘‘Azimut division’’ in 1996 at the age of 36.
In 2005, he acquired the majority of Sanlorenzo, for which he assumed the role of chief executive officer and subsequently also of chairman, leading the Group to a path of constant and sound growth, until achieving a global reach.
In 2014, he was unanimously elected chairman of UCINA, Confindustria Nautica. He is currently a member of Confindustria Nautica’s board. In 2017, he was awarded the honorary title of 'Cavaliere del Lavoro' (Italian Order of Merit for Labour). In 2019, he won the EY “Entrepreneur of the year” award for Italy.
In 2022 he was elected to the board of the Superyacht Builders Association (SYBAss).
In 2023 he was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award during the Boat Builder Awards for Business Achievement, an accolade dedicated to those who have left an indelible mark on the nautical industry.

Born in Venaria Reale (Turin), she got a diploma in business administration and foreign languages correspondent. From 1979 to 1985, she worked at Amplisilence S.p.A. (Amplifon group). From 1985 to 2008, she worked at Azimut Benetti S.p.A., holding numerous managerial positions, until becoming a member of the board of directors, from 2001, and then chairperson, from 2003 to 2008, of Atlantis S.p.A. and member of the steering committee of Azimut Benetti S.p.A from 1996 to 2008.
From 2008 to 2018, she chaired Monte Carlo Yachts S.p.A. (Beneteau group), a company she assisted through its founding and development. From 2011 to 2017, she was also a member of the board of directors of the listed company Beneteau S.A.
In 2015, she was appointed chair of UCINA, Confindustria Nautica, a position she held until her term of office expired in June 2019. She is currently a member of the board of UCINA and of I Saloni Nautici S.r.l., serving as chairperson for four years.
In 2018, she was awarded the "Marisa Bellisario" prize of the Bellisario Foundation in the management category.
In 2019, she joined Sanlorenzo Group, being appointed chief executive officer of Bluegame and executive director of Sanlorenzo. She is also chair and executive director of I.C.Y. S.r.l. and AF Arturo Foresti S.r.l.
Born in Copparo (Ferrara), he graduated in Civil Engineering.
In 2002, he worked in Sud Yachting Service at the offices of Nice. From 2002 to 2007 he worked at Sessa Marine S.p.A., serving as head of product engineering, model development and industrialisation, head of technical office and then director of engineering.
Since 2008, he has worked in Sanlorenzo where he has held various positions within the Yacht business unit, including product development manager, technical office manager, technical director and Vice President Operations of the Yacht business unit and president of the Yacht Division. Since April 2024 he has been executive director of Sanlorenzo and chief of Yacht and Superyacht business unit.
Tommaso Vincenzi is also chair and executive director of the subsidiaries PN Sviluppo S.r.l. and Sanlorenzo Arbatax S.r.l., executive director of the subsidiary Sanlorenzo Monaco, general manager of the subsidiary Sanlorenzo Côte d’Azur, director of the subsidiaries Duerre S.r.l., Sea Energy S.r.l. and Sanlorenzo of the Americas LLC, as well as director of Fortune Yacht LLC (a subsidiary of Sanlorenzo of the Americas LLC).

From 2006 to 2020, he was a board member at Kairos Partners Sgr S.p.A. and manager in charge of the Turin office.

Born in Turin, she graduated in Interior Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Milan with the final grade of 110/110 cum laude. She is enrolled on the register of the Italian Association of Architects (Ordine degli Architetti) of Milan. During her studies, from 2014 to 2017, she completed several internships in architectural firms. She currently works as an interior architect at the associated studio Studio Blend, of which she is a founder, and as a product development at Nautor Swan S.r.l.
Since 2019, she has been a member of the board of directors of Sanlorenzo.
Cecilia Maria Perotti is also a director of the subsidiary Nautor Swan S.r.l. and executive director of ClubSwan Racing S.r.l. (a subsidiary of Nautor Swan S.r.l.).
Leonardo Ferragamo, born in Florence, studied Business Administration and Finance at IMEDE in Lausanne and Columbia University in New York. He began his career at the age of 20 in the Leather Production Department of Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A., before establishing the men’s shoe business in 1976 and the men’s division in 1981. From 1986 to 2000, he led the brand's international development, with responsibilities in Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Since 1995, he has been President of Lungarno Alberghi S.p.A. and, since 2000, CEO of Palazzo Feroni Finanziaria S.p.A., one of the Ferragamo family’s holding companies. Since 2021, he has been President of Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A. In addition to the fashion sector, he is President of Nautor Swan S.p.A., a leading company in the construction of luxury sailing yachts. He is also active in promoting Italian arts and culture as the founder and honorary president of the Palazzo Strozzi Foundation. Since January 2018, he has been Honorary Consul of Finland in Florence for the regions of Tuscany and Umbria, and since May 2019, he has been a member of the CR Firenze Foundation.
Since 2020, he has also served as an independent non-executive director at Lavazza S.p.A.
As of September 2024, he joins the Board of Directors of Sanlorenzo S.p.A. for which he is also Deputy Chair.
Born in Naples, she graduated in Law at the University of Turin and has been admitted to the Bar. She has been chief executive officer at Mattioli S.p.A. since 2013. She has held multiple position in governing bodies and committees of listed and private corporates, banks and public entities, including director at Pininfarina S.p.A., president of Unione Industriale di Torino, vice president for internationalization and investment attraction of Confindustria and vice chairman of Compagnia di SanPaolo.
She was awarded the title of “Cavaliere del Lavoro” (Italian Order of Merit for Labour) in 2017 and has received numerous recognitions and awards, including the “Mela d’Oro” award from the Fondazione Bellisario, the “Alda Croce” award from the Centro Pannunzio in Turin, the award from the Italian Women’s Jewelry Association for “Excellence of Italian Jewelry”, and the “Melvin Jones Fellow Award” from the Lions International Foundation, Il Perugino. In 2023, she was awarded the International Women's Entrepreneurial Challenge (IWEC) and in 2024 she received the UGL ‘Women of Work, Women of Values’ Award.

Born in Cuneo, she graduated in Economics at the L.I.U.C University Cattaneo in Castellanza (VA). She began her career joining the Merlo group, her family-owned industrial group, where she currently holds executive positions in several companies within the group, including chief executive officer of Merlo S.p.A. and Tecnoindustrie Merlo S.p.A.
She also held positions of director and member of internal committees in different other companies including Leonardo S.p.A., BNL Banca Nazionale del Lavoro S.p.A., GEDI Gruppo Editoriale S.p.A., Erg S.p.A. and Banca CRS Cassa di Risparmio di Savigliano S.p.A. and chair of Saipem S.p.A. until 2024.
In 2014 she was awarded the "Mela d'Oro" as part of the "Donne ad Alta Quota" award of the "Marisa Bellisario" Foundation for the entrepreneurial section and in 2017 she received the "Amelia Earhart" award on the initiative of the Zonta Club, and in 2024 she was proclaimed Officer of Merit of the Republic.

Born in Milan, he has a degree in Business Administration at the L. Bocconi University in Milan with the final grade of 110/110 cum laude. In 2011, he attended the International Teachers Program at the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois, USA). In 2015, MIUR (Ministry of Education, University and Research) certified him to teach as an associate university professor for the period 2015–2023. He was a member of the steering committee and director of international development at SDA Bocconi School of Management.
He is currently associate professor of practice in corporate finance at SDA Bocconi School of Management. He is also a contract professor of corporate finance and business evaluation at Università Bocconi.
He is founder, chairman and managing partner of Madison Corporate Finance S.r.l. and Madison Capital S.r.l. and he is an independent director of several companies, such as GeneralFinance S.p.A., Fila Industria Chimica S.p.A. and e Brightside Capital SA.

Since 2014, she has been affiliated professor at ESCP Business School and since 2017, she has been professor of Business Administration at the University of Turin, where she is head of the Management Department and researcher.
She holds many other academic roles, including member of several boards of directors of the University of Turin and the Italian Association of Business Administration (AIDEA) and the board of directors of Franca and Diego De Castro Foundation. She also carries out teaching, consultancy and training activities for private companies, banks and public administrations.
She was a director and member of committees of UBI Banca and director of Equiter S.p.A.. She is currently a member of the board of directors of Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center S.p.A., Eurizon Capital Sgr S.p.A. and Iren S.p.A., and chair of NOS S.p.A.

Since 2017, he has been sole director of Marktech S.r.l., of which he is also the founder.
He was a member of the board of directors of Camper & Nicholsons International and partner of McKinsey & Co. He is currently a director of AEFFE S.p.A.

Born in Rome, she is an entrepreneur and fashion designer. At the age of 19, she joined the family company Biagiotti Group, founded in 1965, dealing with communication and marketing and then took on the management and development of the Licences and Collections linked to the Laura Biagiotti Brand, particularly the fragrance sector. Since 2017, she has been chair and CEO of the group, representing the third generation of women at the helm of the family business.
As a representative of Made in Italy in the world, she supports and promotes the combination of "art and fashion", with numerous patronage activities, and the development of the territory. She is a founding member of the Biagiotti Cigna Foundation, which promotes international cultural activities as well as the awarding of scholarships, and president of Marco Simone Golf & Country Club, the official venue of the 2023 Ryder Cup.
She has been a director of the Camera Nazionale Moda Italiana and Pitti Immagine, vice-president of the Fondazione Musica per Roma, a member of the Advisory Board Italy of UniCredit, as well as the permanent Women's Council of the Pontifical Council for Culture and of the Jury of the Guido Carli Foundation, and she has been Italian representative to the G20. In 2019, she was awarded the Official Honour of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic. Since April 2024 she has been director of Sanlorenzo.
